Open a new document. with settings as given below.
Give it a colour.
Set up guides at the designated spots using the ruler. Lock the guides afterwards.
To add decoration to the gift certificate, add symbols from the symbols lybrary
Create an oval and use the Type on Path tool to type some text. To rotate the text into position, hover over the line. When you see it change, move the text counter clockwise until you get the correct position. Add a few stars for decorative purposes.
You can add the address under the headline using a standard font.
Then add some stars in the background for decoration and added the text and amount of the gift certificate.
Convert the text to outlines and save it. And it’s ready to get printed!
